Meet the Builder Behind Swan
Hi, I’m Jonathan Cisneros. When it comes to home building, here is what I believe in.
Building a home should feel intentional, not improvised. The person you meet and build trust with should be the one building your home. And an exceptionally well-built home should not be out of reach of hard-working Texans.
That’s why I started Swan: to build exceptional homes with a tight rein on costs and deliver what I call Attainable Luxury, and to build them without the handoffs I watched happen when I worked for a big box builder. Details dropped, promises forgotten, someone new every phone call. Not here.
From our first conversation to the day I hand you your keys, you’re working with me. Design, architecture, precision budgeting, and superior construction. One builder, one standard, the whole way through.

We treat your home like it is ours. Clean job sites, organized work, and zero tolerance for carelessness. If someone cannot respect the space, they do not stay on the project.

You will always know what is happening. Clear schedules, weekly updates, and responses within 24 hours. We do not disappear when things get busy.

We do not build homes the way they were done 20 years ago just because it is familiar. We stay current, keep learning, and bring better solutions to every project.
